Official Brand Warranty

Since we only sell original products, all our items come with official manufacturer warranty support as per brand policy.

Warranty Coverage

  • Warranty is applicable for manufacturing defects only.
  • Different brands (TRIBIT, EarFun, Soundpeats, TOZO, iClever) have different warranty periods (e.g., 6 months to 18 months).
  • The warranty period starts from the date of purchase mentioned on the invoice.
  • Replacement is subject to product availability. If out of stock, repair or refund policy may apply.

What's Not Covered?

  • Physical damage, water damage, or burns due to high voltage.
  • Unauthorized repair or modification of the product.
  • Natural wear and tear of the product over time.
  • Loss of accessories or original packaging (if required by brand policy).
