Authenticity Commitment:

As ODIQCO deals exclusively in **Original and Brand New** products, returns are only applicable for manufacturing defects. We do not accept returns for change of mind or refurbished claims as we do not sell such items.

Verification

Our technical team will verify the defect. For electronic items, we may require 24-48 hours for testing.

Replacement or Refund

Once the defect is confirmed, we will process a brand-new replacement. If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be initiated.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain situations are not covered under our return policy:
